Why do I have to take a course to dive?
Scuba diving requires certification that demonstrates a basic understanding of the sport, enabling its safe practice. This certification is necessary to acquire this knowledge.
Do I need to buy equipment?
Not necessarily. When you start diving, ideally you should first learn about the different types of equipment available and then assess which pieces of equipment are most essential for you, gradually building your own gear.
